Since upgrading the IRIS software the following error can occur when opening IRIS ISOL1402.ttl, last operation 5, last response 4

Resolution

It advised that you reset the session controls and then upgrade to the latest version. Please refer to KB IAS-5647 for details on how to reset the session control Click Here to access the latest downloads.
