Separate user ID and password for online filing

Users are required to: 1. Log on to IRIS Personal Tax as a MASTER user. 2. From the Client menu, select View. 3. Click the Accountant button, select Alternative accountant. 4. Click the magnifying glass to the right of Alternative accountant option. 5. Click New, fill in the agents name and address. 6. Enable Can act as agent, click Tax Options. 7. Enter the user ID and password for this alternative accountant. Once the alternative accountants have been set up please ensure that each client is assigned to the correct agent before generating an Electronic Tax Return. Please note for data center license holders the user ID and password for each branch can be entered by clicking on the Setup menu then clicking on Branch Maintenance.
