Problem
After updating to IRIS 17.1 some people are unable to get into Trust Tax as they are getting the error "Iwintrus.exe has stopped working" This issue is being caused by the "What's New" page that comes up when you try to open the software
Resolution
Click Start – All programs > Accessories > Run
Type in “regedit” and click OK
Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Transaction Technology\Trust Tax”
Change “Do not warn about version 17.1.0 updates” to 1
Close the Registry Editor
