Problem

Is it possible to reprint the response message received by IRIS after the transmission of an Internet Tax return?

Resolution

Users are required to click to log the response within the communication tracking section which is part of the practice management program. If practice management is not being used, users are required to save this response as a WORD/PDF document which can be saved elsewhere on their system. As this response is produced by the HMRC server as soon as it recieves the return, it is not able to reproduce and send one back through the gateway.
