There is a How To Guide that explains and instructs how to complete all boxes of the Capital Gains Tax pages: CG 1 and CG 2

If your question relates to forcing the capital gains tax pages then please do the following:-
Go to Dividends/Capital Assets/Edit menu (on the left hand side)/Losses and Other Information and tick the box to force the capital gains pages.
