Problem
When using PTP some users may receive the follow error
'Error 3043 disk or network error'
Resolution
This is not a PTP software issue but a local environmental one. The following info may help in resolve this:
Could be a problem with the hard disk, network drive or network connections.
Try a reboot of the PC to try restoring any connections which may have been lost.
If PTP is installed on a network, try browsing for the network drive in Windows Explorer to see if that PC can access that Drive.
This error can also be caused by insufficient user permissions to access the program/data location or poorly configured security software (antivirus etc.) blocking the software’s normal operation.
Generally this is a problem that needs investigating by your network administrator.
