“The IRIS Accountancy Suite Workstation setup has already been installed on this PC. To re-run this workstation setup, it must first be removed. Click Next for further information.” Followed by “Error 1606.Could not access network location”

Resolution

Please download the windows installer trouble-shooter from Here Follow the steps and select ‘Issues with Un-installing’ and select IRIS Workstation from the list of programmes. Once this is completed please browse back into the IRIS folder and run the setup.exe file. Full instructions for installing IRIS Workstation Setup can be found in KB 6723.
