I cannot view my Incorporation Certificate within IRIS Company Formations

Problem

Within IRIS Company Formations why can I not view the Incorporation Certificate of a company that has been formed when going to 'View Certificate'?

Resolution

To View the Incorporation Certificate Select Reports | Incorporation Forms | View Certificate NOTE: If this field is blank please complete the below steps: 1. Select Reports | Incorporation Forms | Form Status 2. Change the Status to Pending | Select Query Status The status will revert back to ‘Accepted’ and the certificate will be available to view within the External File field.
