Internal Exception Occured: IRIS OM Error : Retrievign the COM class factory for component with CLSID {XXXXXXXXX} failed due to the following error: 8007007e The specified module could not be found. You may need to run IRIS Workstation Setup The process has been terminated.
Resolution
This is error occurs due to the interaction between IRIS and MS Word failing possibly because some of the registry settings are incorrect or invalid. In many cases reinstalling IRIS Workstation resets these registry settings and can resolve the problem.
To run the IRIS Workstation Setup please follow the steps detailed in KB IAS-6723
