Problem
How is box 8 on page T 1 completed to show the net amount taxable at the savings rate which is chargeable on the settlor?
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log on to Personal Tax and select client.
2. Select Trusts, Settlements and Estates, select Income Chargeable on Settlors.
3. Click New, add the trust details.
4. Enter the Net income, press tab, enable Savings rate.
