The tax deducted at source is not showing on the tax comp

Problem
Although users have entered tax deducted at source, it is not showing on the computation or return for 2013. If there is an entry in box 9 on page TC1 (Outstanding debt included in 2012 -2013 tax code) then Iris would be following TCSN 17 to calculate tax paid at source and in some cases it might not give any tax deducted at source.
Resolution
Users are required to check the following:
1. Select the client for the 2013 tax year
2. Click on Reliefs – Miscellaneous – Tax calculation – Tax code and Overpaid ,…….. Tax
3. Check to see if there is an entry in ‘Outstanding debt included in 2012 – 2013 tax code’
Iris would be using TCSN 17 (tax calculation summary pages) to calculate the tax deducted at source.
