Problem
When trying to publish OpenEnrol communications user gets the error:
PLEASE NOTE: This error can also affect OpenPayslips publication.
This KB will also resolve issues caused if users get the following error during the installtion of a new version:
Resolution
The first thing to do is make sure you are on the latest version of your payroll software, check the latest version here:
If you are using an older version of the software we recommend you update as soon as possible. Run the installation while logged in with an administrator account to make sure all software components are registered correctly.
If you are already on the latest version of the software please contact our support team for further assistance.
