Problem
To restore the link between GP Payroll and GP Accounts follow these steps
Resolution
If you have recently been moved to a new PC this is likely because the programs have been copied to your new pc rather than installed on your new PC. Get your IT to install the latest version of each product on the new PC to restore the link.
Otherwise:
Before you begin, CLOSE GP PAYROLL.
Open GP Accounts and go into the Main Account
Go to “Setup” (top of the screen)
Go to “Paylink, CA, Printer, Email settings”
Click on “Refresh Payroll Link”
Click “Close”
Click “Exit to cashbook screen”
Restart GP Payroll and your Accounts link will be restored.
