Problem
User is going to open the screen:
Add and NHS Entry> Open Exeter Imports and gets the error: “Interface Not Supported”
Resolution
Close GP Accounts
Open the command prompt on the PC:
Press the Windows Key + X on your keyboard and select the option “Command Prompt (Administrator)“
Run the following command:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msxml4.dll
You should now get the following message: DllRegisterServer in c:\wondows\system32\msxml4.dll succeeded.
Restart GP Accounts and the window should now open fine
If this file does not exist on your PC then the GPA installer has failed to complete this task. Please download the XMLv4 installer and install on your PC, this will resolve the issue. Download here:
