Problem
If the business or company name is changed, and the licence is for a single company, the name can not be changed in the system until a new licence is entered.
Resolution
In case of a Single Company Licence
The company name can not be changed in the system until a new licence and authorisation code is entered. Fax a signed letter to 0870 243 1957 explaining the name change for a new licence to be issued. Once you have the new licence, the name can be changed in Bookkeeping by going into Edit Details on the main company screen.
In case of a bureau
Go to Edit Company Details and change the name
