Problem

When producing payslips you notice that pay elements are missing /  being grouped together.

Resolution

The default setting for the system is to show 3 separate pay rates on a payslip. If more than this are required:

Go to  “Reports” > “Report Options

In the bottom right-hand corner of this window you can increase the number of rates displayed or select “All“.

NOTE: Depending on the payslip format you print you might find there isn’t enough space on the stationery to list all pay rates individually.
