Problem
When logging into HR Manager user gets the following error:
Resolution
In order to resolve the error we need to remove the HR manager program folder and reinstall a fresh copy.
We need to delete the program folder first, this would normally be found in:
“C:\Program Files\IRIS Software Ltd\HR Manager”
or
“C:\Program Files (x86)\IRIS Software Ltd\HR Manager” for 64 bit version of Windows
This folder would not normally contain your HR data, just the standard program files, however, make sure you have a back up of your HR before deleting this folder.
Download and install the latest version of HR Manager from here
Once the installation is complete restart the PC and use HR Manager as normal.
