Problem
When adding a new period and clicking on the Save button, a message appears saying Invalid 'To' date and the period does not save.
Resolution
This means the software is not finding a valid licence. If the licence has already been entered, it may help to close out of CT Platform and reopen it. Alternatively, re-enter the licence key.
To update the licence please do the following:
1) Go into PTP Launcher
2) Click on the Tools tab
3) Click on Licence Details
4) Click on the Check for updates to your licence button
5) If the licences are showing under INACTIVE LICENCES
6) Tick the box: ‘Before activating any licences please tick to agree to our Licence Agreement’
7) Click on Activate
8) Close from the screens and go into PTP CT Platform
9) Add the new period and click on the Save CT600 button
An alternative way is:
1) Go into PTP CT Platform
2) Click on the Spanner icon
3) Click on the Registration tab
4) Tick to agree to the Licence Agreement
5) Enter the licence under the Licence Key
6) Click on the Registration button
7) Add the new period and click on the Save CT600 button
