Problem

How do I create an "agency" to link an attachment of earning to?

Resolution

To set up a new agency go to:

Att’ments (on the top menu, not the paper-clip button) > “Agency / Beneficiary Details”

Click on “New” and record the details of the beneficiary.

You will now be able to choose this option when applying the attachment to individual employees.
