Problem

How is box 9 on page TCS 1 completed to indicate that the client is making a claim to reduce the Payments on Account for 2012-13?

Resolution

Users are required to: 1. Log on to IRIS Personal Tax, select client. 2. From the Administration menu, select Claim to Reduce Payments (SA303) 3. Select a reason for the claim and click select. 4. Enter amount to reduce to and click OK.
