Problem
When trying to file online the user may get the following error: System.Net.WebException Unable to connect to the remote server.
Resolution
This is usually caused by a firewall blocking the connection.
Simply turn off the Windows firewall (or other software firewall) or setup exclusions for the Iris programs
NOTE : IRIS recommends you contact your IT Supplier or the software provider for information on changing your firewall settings.
