Problem
It has been reported on some occasions that NOT ALL Opening Balances are being carried forward.
Resolution
One cause is down to missing ‘Branches’.
If Branches have previously been entered under:
Edit | Branches but then deleted the postings are still marked with the ID.
If Opening Balances are then run these postings are ignored.
Re-enter the Branches under Edit | Branches and then re-run Opening Balances.
Note
If its reported that Branches have never been used still carry out the process above as it may be showing Branches incorrectly.
