Jim is responsible for developing IRIS Software Group’s acquisition strategy, as well as leading and delivering all M&A activity. Jim brings over 20 years of commercial and financial experience across the technology, information and business services sectors in the US, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.
Prior to joining IRIS, Jim led Experian’s corporate development activities across the UK&I and EMEA regions.
Jim is a Chartered Accountant, having originally started his career with PwC; he has a Masters in Engineering from Cambridge University and has previously held the role of Registered Banking Representative in the US.
