We give people at the start of their careers after full time education, including graduates and apprentices, the skills to help them succeed. We support them as they develop their careers with us.

Internships
We provide many opportunities to help people into work, and regularly welcome students in the UK and around the world, including from the Universiteti Metropolitan Tirana in Albania. We support the 10,000 Black Interns charity and were delighted to offer the person a role when the internship ended.

Enhanced UK Maternity Policy
We’re proud to have a highly competitive maternity leave offering for UK employees, with a maximum of 32 weeks pay (16 weeks full pay and 16 weeks half pay), depending on length of service. We also enhance our adoption and paternity pay, and offer dedicated support for parents transitioning back into work.

We know there are many reasons people have career breaks, including to raise a family. We offer part time and full time Returnships, welcoming people back into the workplace following a career break with a dedicated coach, giving them the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence.
