Estuary Housing
Estuary Housing is an Essex based housing association, owning and managing over 4600 properties within every district in Essex, the three outer East London Boroughs and in the Suffolk Coastal District.
Challenge
Estuary Housing sought support from IRIS Networx to further target the candidate audience they were reaching. They needed a recruitment solution to target specific locations and interests that were relevant to their individual job vacancies, whilst reaching a wider talent pool.
Solution
Alongside the core system, Estuary Housing adopted social media campaigns as an optional extra to their recruitment software. Utilising different tools on Facebook and LinkedIn, including video adverts, role boosts and the paid sponsorship of adverts, we were able to dramatically amplify the reach of the job adverts to attract and engage relevant top talent.
Estuary Housing Association further used social media to broaden their geographical targeting. An example of the power of social advertising was their sudden demand for 10 Auxiliary Care Assistant positions across their various locations in Essex. Using Facebook we sponsored and boosted their job advertisements and the campaign successfully gained 2,281,516 impressions and reached 428,656 people.
