IRIS Software Group certified Great Place to Work™ in India for the second year in a row
IRIS Software Group (IRIS) has been certified as a Great Place to Work™ in India for the second year in a row, recognised for its commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and empowering employees in its India offices.
Great Place to Work™ is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, it has surveyed over 100 million employees globally to define what makes a great workplace.
The certification is driven by the IRIS Centre of Excellence India team’s responses to a third-party survey which measures a variety of factors such as workplace experience, workplace wellbeing and engagement initiatives and trust in leadership. IRIS scored exceptionally well in a number of areas, with standout results including:
- Credibility – Management is approachable, with a clear view of employees’ direction and is competent, honest and ethical in everything they do.
- Respect and camaraderie – The team feel they have the resources needed to complete their work, are able to share their ideas with the management team, feel physically safe at work and that IRIS is a place where they can belong.
- Fairness and pride – The team feel a high level of pride in their work and shared they are treated fairly regardless of their gender, race and sexual orientation.
Stephanie Kelly, Chief People Officer, said, “We’re so proud to be recognised for the certification in the UK, US, Canada, Ireland and India. We’re always committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture across IRIS, where employees are able to be themselves. We recognise there is always more we can do, and we are committed to improving our results every year to become an even better place to work.”
Additionally, the IRIS Centre of Excellence India was recently recognised at the Global Capability Centre (GCC) Workplace Awards 2024, which celebrates workplaces across India that foster a positive, inclusive and engaging culture. IRIS ranked in its ‘Top GCC Workplace of the Year 2024’ list, and Hariharan Submaranian, Head of HR for IRIS Centre of Excellence India, was named in the ‘HR Leader of the Year 2024’ list. These accolades reflect IRIS’ dedication to creating a supportive and inspiring workplace environment, and commitment to providing growth opportunities for employees to thrive.
