IRIS Software Group named finalist at the Onrec Awards 2024
IRIS Software Group (IRIS) has been shortlisted in the ‘Technical Innovation – National Supplier’ category at this year’s Onrec Awards. Winners will be announced at the glittering ceremony in London on Thursday 5th September.
The Onrec Awards were founded in 2004 to recognise and celebrate innovative companies in the recruitment industry.
Over the past two years, IRIS has acquired recruitment software and services providers Blue Octopus and Networx – both of which have already won more than a dozen Onrec Awards between them.
IRIS’ recent acquisitions aim to solidify its position as a nationwide leader in the human capital management (HCM) sector, to help businesses with solutions at every step of the employee lifecycle – from hire to retire. In the last financial year, IRIS facilitated 115,000 job offers in the UK, generating £8.3 million in revenue from its recruitment solutions.
Continued investment in its recruitment offerings enables IRIS to further develop comprehensive all-in-one recruitment, HR, payroll and finance cloud solutions, tailored to the needs of its forward-looking customer base.
Stephanie Coward, Managing Director of HCM at IRIS, said: “We are thrilled to be nominated for another Onrec award that recognises our growth and continued commitment to technological innovation in our recruitment software and services. The future of IRIS is bright as we continue to integrate our product offerings into a unified suite of recruitment, payroll, HR and talent management solutions. Watch this space!”
The news of IRIS’ shortlist follows the announcement of brand new generative AI, chatbot and automation features within its Networx recruitment, Cascade HR and Staffology payroll platforms.
