IRIS Software Group wins Tech Employer of the Year at Thames Valley Tech & Innovation Awards 2024

IRIS Software Group (IRIS) has won the Tech Employer of the Year category at the Thames Valley Tech & Innovation Awards 2024, marking the second time the company has received this prestigious accolade.

Organised by The Business Magazine, the awards celebrate the best in technology and innovation, spotlighting the people and businesses that drive progress in the Thames Valley region, often dubbed England’s ‘Silicon Valley’.  

The Tech Employer of the Year Award highlights companies that excel in supporting and nurturing their employees. In addition to this win, IRIS was also a finalist in the Tech Company of the Year and Diversity in Tech Impact categories, recognising its exceptional innovation, growth, strategic direction and commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives.  

IRIS is a global provider of innovative software solutions for accountancy, education and human capital management (HCM). Over the past year, the company has developed IRIS GPT, a proprietary generative AI chatbot designed to revolutionise employee workflows while ensuring the security of internal data.
