You can sign up for an IRIS Elements Essentials trial, giving you access to IRIS Elements for 30 days, absolutely free.

You can trial multiple IRIS Elements products at the same time, or try them out one by one. However, you can only access one 30-day free trial per product.

* As part of your IRIS Elements AML trial, you can also trial IRIS Elements AML Checks; however, you cannot trial or purchase AML Checks without IRIS Elements AML. 

No, you don’t need to submit any payment information to sign up for a free trial of IRIS Elements Essentials, and there is no obligation to buy.  

If you do choose to upgrade to the paid version of IRIS Elements during your trial, you will not need to reinstall anything or start from scratch. You can simply continue using the software with no interruptions.

As an IRIS Elements customer, you can access a range of support materials online at no additional cost.

As a customer, you will be given access to the IRIS Customer Service Community. Alongside providing a range of support materials, you can log in to the customer community space to request help by logging a support case.

You can also visit the IRIS Elements Help Centre to browse a huge range of help topics, how-to guides, and troubleshooting posts.

Telephone support – If you are an Essentials customer you can choose to purchase additional support packages to help you and your staff make the most of the software. This includes direct telephone support and access to bespoke, one-on-one training. If you are a customer of IRIS Elements Professional Level or Enterprise Level, telephone support is included in your price.

In addition to the resources on the Welcome Hub, you can purchase dedicated IRIS Elements support packages. These packages include direct telephone support and access to bespoke, one-on-one training.

If you’re using IRIS software for the first time, you can import important data onto your new system using a CSV file; for example, you can use a CSV file to import client data onto IRIS Elements.  

If you’re currently using an IRIS accountancy solution (e.g. IRIS Accountancy Suite) and you’re upgrading to IRIS Elements, your data can be easily synchronised across the two systems. If you’d like to know more, visit our Elements Help Centre.

If you already use one or more IRIS Elements product, the process of purchasing and adding a new product to your system is simple*. All you need to do is: 

  1. Visit the IRIS Elements Marketplace and sign in 
  2. Find the product you want to add to your existing setup 
  3. Choose your preferred edition and payment method 
  4. Checkout online, and you’re ready to go! 

Once you’ve submitted payment, your new IRIS Elements product is automatically added to your account. Next time you log into IRIS Elements or refresh your dashboard, it’ll be there and waiting for you to get started.
