Payslip data is stored on IRIS My ePay Window for however long it takes to process the employee’s employment.
When someone leaves the company, the former employee’s IRIS My ePay Window account is deleted 3 months after their leave date. After their account is deleted, their data is anonymised after 12 months.
To ensure documents are not held any longer than necessary, we adhere to automatic data deletion routines. This means:
- Payroll reports are deleted 3 months after the date of upload
- Auto-enrolment letters for employees are deleted after 12 months.
