Yes, IRIS My ePay Window is designed to work seamlessly with our full range of payroll solutions, including: 

To minimise the risk of service disruption, IRIS has appropriate business continuity procedures in place, including daily data backups and disaster recovery measures.

Simply email support@iris.co.uk to submit an enquiry, call 0344 815 5555 (and select “Option 2”) to be connected to our customer support team, or visit the IRIS My ePay Window Help Centre. 

Payslip data is stored on IRIS My ePay Window for however long it takes to process the employee’s employment. 

When someone leaves the company, the former employee’s IRIS My ePay Window account is deleted 3 months after their leave date. After their account is deleted, their data is anonymised after 12 months. 

To ensure documents are not held any longer than necessary, we adhere to automatic data deletion routines. This means: 

  • Payroll reports are deleted 3 months after the date of upload 
  • Auto-enrolment letters for employees are deleted after 12 months.
