IRIS Accountancy Suite 19.1.1 release notes 

The spring service pack is now available and includes a number of fixes for issues raised in the main April release.

If you have encountered any of the following issues, we strongly advise that you install the service pack at your earliest opportunity.

IRIS Docs 

Performance issues since updating to version 19.1.0, affecting staff who do not have an IRIS Docs license has been resolved.

If you are an IRIS Hosting customer, email irishosting@iris.co.uk so we can arrange a suitable time to install for you.

If you still experience license expiration messages when opening Docs please contact our Support team so we can correct that for you.

Accounts Production / Company Secretarial / Business Tax / Fixed Asset register 

• Ability to import static data from Companies House has now be restored
  
  
  

Tax

The following issue have been resolved in the tax products:

Personal Tax 

• A crash that occurred as a result of Importing extracts of clients with employment data
• Update to Anti-fraud headers used when retrieving pre-population data from HMRC

Business Tax

• Negative values from Business Tax that flowed through to box 89 or 93 of the Self-assessment tax return in Personal Tax no longer trigger a negative warning message
• HMRC final versions of CT600 and CT600I forms

VAT Filer 

• Update to Anti-fraud headers used when communicating with HMRC
• Obligations Filter updated to display periods that partly fall within the specified range

IRIS P11D

• Printing P11Ds where an employee has only a car benefit is now possible
• Loan interest rate for 2019 updated to 2.5%

Company Formations

The following issues have been resolved:

• Checking company names with Companies House from within IRIS Company Secretarial and IRIS Company Formations will no longer returning an error 
• B/T error when submitting form IN01 to Companies House

The following issues have been resolved:

• Error ‘Could not read link 1660 for link 1661’ when going into communications tracking
• Communications logged before upgrading to v19.1 will now appear in the customers communication tab
  
  
  
  

Time and Fees enhancement

• New ‘Default’ tick box to Auto billing to enable setting all the invoices to use the default invoice template
