IRIS Keytime Spring v24.1 service pack
The Spring 2024 release service pack of Keytime Accountants’ Suite v24.1.191 is now available.
This service pack provides you with solutions to a number of issues reported since the last release.
Please note that before you can install this version, you must have installed version 24.1. To check the version, open any Keytime module, select the Help menu and select About.
If you have a version earlier than 24.1 you can download and install 24.1 from the link in this article.

Economic Crime and Corportae Transparency Act updates
The latest versions of the paper Confirmation Statements for Limited companies (CS01) that include the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act updates are now available.
In addition, the latest Change of Registered office address form (AD01) and schema is now supported for incorporated charities.
The latest Confirmation Statement form and schema are now supported for Incorporated charities.
Companies House Fees updates
Companies House have updated the fees associated with paper submissions. Our software has been updated to include the latest versions of the Companies House paper forms as follows:
- Confirmation Statement (CS01)
- Change a Company name (NM01)
- Change of name of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLNM01)
- Notify a change of name by means provided for in the articles (NM04)
IRIS Keytime Personal Tax
Resolved issues:
- Class 2 NIC is now correctly using 53 weeks in the calculation output.
- Annual Investment Allowance (AIA) is now correctly being calculated for assets with a acquisition post 31st March 2023.
IRIS Keytime Corporation Tax
Resolved issue:
- An error no longer occurs when selecting to check a CT600 return.
