Problem
Customer gets the following error when trying to send an EPS marked as no Employees Paid(No Tax & NIC liability)
EPS error - "No Payment Date To must be before the current date"
Resolution
This will occur if you are trying to submit an EPS and declaring “No employee’s paid (no tax or NIC liability)” before the end date of the current tax month.
Example: You are trying to send EPS marked as no employees paid for April with the “From date” set to 6th April and the “To Date” set to 5th May (Correct for the tax month). If you try to submit the EPS on or before 5th May you will receive the error. You would only be able to submit this EPS on the 6th May or later.
Please note: you have until the 19th of each month to submit for the previous month.
