Problem
If you have an old pay frequency that hasn't been used in the current tax year you can remove this information to prevent it showing in the payroll status grid.
Resolution
Run the utility clear stat table:
Go to “Utilities” > “Database Maintenance” > “Clear Stat Table“
Click ‘OK‘ on the warning.
On the next window make sure the frequency you want to clear is selected.
NOTE: Do NOT run this utility on any current pay frequency. ie. any pay frequency used to pay employees in the current tax year.
Click ‘OK‘
Click ‘Yes‘ on the following window
Click ‘OK‘ on the final confirmation window.
When you restart PAYE-Master the old pay frequency information will be removed.
