Problem
User is unable to log into payroll and is getting an error :
Licensed user limit has been reached.
Resolution
Log into the admin mode of the software, at start-up use the details Name: ADMIN and your admin password:
Please Note: If you do not know what your admin password is you will need to request a break in password from our support team.
Before we can provide a password we need to receive a request in writing to comply with GDPR.
This should be provided with the company letterhead and signed by the senior payroll decision maker. This could then be scanned and emailed to the product email address, earniesupport@iris.co.uk, or faxed through on 0844 815 5670.
Once logged into the admin mode:
Go to “Operators/groups” > “Clear operator locks“
You will then get a message saying “Operator locks have been cleared“
You will now be able to log in as normal.
