Problem
I've forgotten my GP Payroll password and cannot access the system. What should I do?
Resolution
Our support team can generate a break in password for your system to allow you to gain access and reset the password.
Before we can provide a password we need to receive a request in writing to comply with GDPR.
This should be provided with the company letter head and signed by the senior payroll decision maker. This could then be scanned and emailed to the product email address, gpsupport@iris.co.uk, or faxed through on 0844 815 5670.
Please include your user number / practice details on any communication so we can identify your licence details on our system.
