Problem
When trying to publish user gets the error:
E102 - not a valid Open Enrol Account
Resolution
This is likely due to either incorrect login details (linking to an old unused account) saved in payroll OR the account isn’t activated.
Have you reached the end of your trial period? Log into the OpenPayslips / OpenEnrol portal, if it states “Read Only” mode the account is waiting for activation once your direct debit details have been processed.
