Problem
When trying to send an EYU or FPS user gets the error:
"Error in ISLRTI.dll::clsCompressedEmployees.cls: Function ToXML: Error 91 - Object variable or With block variable not set"
Resolution
You will need to disable the option to compress the RTI submission.
Go to “Online Services” > “Configure”
Open the “RTI” tab. In here untick the option “Always Compress FPS File”
Click “OK”. You will now be able to send your EYU / FPS without the error.
