Problem
Can I alter the order of employees shown on my reports?
Resolution
You can change the employee order applied to reports in the “Report table“.
• Click on Reports > Report Table
• Find the report you want to change the sort order for
• Click on the Order Column for the report.
• Select the order required
You can choose:
• None
• Code
• Name
• Dept / Code (Department then Employee code)
• Dept / Name (Department then Employee Name)
• Account Grp / Code (Account group then Employee code)
• Account Grp / Name (Account Group then Employee name
NOTE: Not all reports will work with all sort orders.
