Problem
When the user clicks on the "AE Details" button from the payrun preview window they get the following error message:
Resolution
This error occurs when the payroll date in use is after the end date of the final pay period as per the company payroll calendar.
Example:
Pay Date: 28/03/2016
Payroll Calendar (From “Company” >”Payroll Calendar“) :
Because the “End Date” for month 12 (19/03/2016) is after the pay date (28/03/2016), if the user clicks the AE details button on the pay preview screen the above error will occur.
The software will still assess and enrol any employees correctly, only the preview screen is affected.
Once you have processed your payroll you can review any AE pension changes by looking in “Pension” > “Period Pension Dashboard“
