Problem
When opening IRIS Bookkeeping user receives a process ID error message.
Resolution
Delete the file financials.xml and then re-open Bookkeeping.
Location of financials.xml on an a Windows 7,8 & 10 workstation:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\IRIS Software Ltd
