How does AE affect my payroll cycle?
Should I export my pension files / publish my pension letters before or after I finalise?
Resolution
Pension file exports should be created after you have finalised the pay period, as should your pension communications.
NOTE: GP Payroll, Earnie, Earnie IQ and IRIS Payroll Professional do not have a separated finalise processes. For these products produce the pension files/letters after sending your EPS, if required. If no EPS is required produce the pension files/letters after sending your FPS.
