Problem

I want to use IRIS on a Terminal Server. What are the hardware requirements?

Additional Note: Virtual Environments Citrix/Terminal Services/VMWare/TS Remote Apps.

We do not test our products in any of the virtual environments listed above. Many customers use these environments without a problem. If you do come across an issue, we will try and help you narrow down the area in the virtual environment that is causing the problem but do not guarantee resolution.
