Problem

When trying to create a backup the user gets the error:

Backup compress payroll data files copy compressed floppy disc unexpected error

Resolution

This error has been shown to be caused by local environment security settings.

Please request your PCT IT support to allow the creation of ZIP archives on your PC to allow the backup operation to complete successfully.
