Problem
We are aware of an issue affecting some GP Payroll users whereby the software is prompting a message that an FPS for the period has already been sent.
Resolution
We are currently investigating an issue in GP Payroll v2021.800.2 where users are being prompted that a successful FPS has already been sent for the current period, even though no submission has been made.
We are currently investigating the problem and apologise for any inconvenience.
If you are affected, please select Yes on the prompt and continue with the FPS process as normal.
