Problem
When running reports an item which is only in Cashbook once appears twice on the report.
Resolution
- Take a backup
- Find the item in cashbook – highlight – Press F6
- Both entries will show here – select one & delete it
- Exit out of GP Accounts
- Open the software again
- Ensure item is still visible once in cashbook
- Go into Reports – only one item will be displayed
