Problem
When running the payroll trying to save changes to an employee Error: unable to save changes to payment details couldn't update currently locked by user
Resolution
- Close the program making sure all users are out of the system
- From the login prompt enter your administrator username and password
- Select Operators/Groups from the main menu
- Select Clear Operator Locks
- You should receive a message saying ‘System multi user locks cleared.’
- Click OK You can now close the program and log in as normal.
