Problem

How can I choose the Tax Year for AutoMail letters?

Resolution

To change the tax year for an AutoMail letter:

Log on to IRIS AutoMail from IRIS Main Menu

The IRIS AutoMail – Letter Request Browser will be displayed; click on Generate

The IRIS AutoMail – Generate Letters Screen will be displayed; click on Select button to select your Template

In the IRIS AutoMail – Select Template Screen, highlight the Template that you would like to Generate for a Client and Click on Select

On the Generate Letter Screen, Select a Client. For example, A001

Next to the Tax Year Field you will see the tax year. For example, 2013.

To view previous years left click on the down arrow next to the tax year. You will then see previous tax years
