Problem

Receiving an Adobe Error when opening Sanctions List PDF Files in Anti-Money Laundering

Resolution

Since 01/03/2022 we have been made aware of an issue when accessing Sanctions List PDF Files in the Anti-Money Laundering Software. The Error message displays as below, our development team have now made some changes to the software regarding this.
We have updated the links in AML so the ID Sanctions check and the HM Treasury Link on the left side of AML now go to the new user list, the user will need to click on the “Check for Program Updates” under Actions a couple of times to get the new parameter file with the new links.
