Resolution
If you get the ‘3001 4066 Claimauthorisation’, then go to the very bottom of this KB
If you get 3001 4065 4066 OR Invalid Data Entry: AllCharitable:
1. Load the client and Data entry
2. Charities and CASCs CT600 (E)
3. Tick boxes E15 and E20. Ok to save. Regenerate and submit
4. If you are still getting the error – then go to the ‘Income and Expenditure’ Tab and if you have any entries here – remove them and add them under Additional Information.
a)If you only get ‘3001 4066 Claimauthorisation’:
b) Load the client, go to Data entry
c) Groups and consortium / At the bottom make sure the Authorisation section(s) are filled in. Then generate the return again
